What the Wayfinder Is, and Is Not

The Family Wayfinder HUB helps families understand options, prioritize what matters to them, and connect with resources that may fit.

It does not replace schools, providers, or community organizations, and it does not make medical, legal, clinical, or educational placement decisions for families.

Families remain in control of their choices. We support their navigation, not make decisions on their behalf.
